Working Principles Of Electric Rubber-lined Diaphragm Valve And Pneumatic Rubber-lined Diaphragm Valve
Working principle of pneumatic rubber-lined diaphragm valve:
The pneumatic rubber-lined diaphragm valve uses compressed air as power to drive the transmission screw, so that the valve core moves up and down, and at the same time pulls the diaphragm up and down to close and open.
Its characteristics are: compact structure, simple, small size, beautiful appearance; the switch has a guide and moves smoothly; the closing torque is small, the service life is long, ≥300,000 times; the diaphragm can be automatically adjusted when it is pressed, the pressure is even, and the seal is reliable; the diaphragm is inserted into the valve core by push-in type, which is easy to replace.
Working principle of electric rubber-lined diaphragm valve:
Lined Diaphragm Valve consists of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, valve disc, diaphragm, electric device, etc. The opening and closing of the electric rubber-lined diaphragm valve is achieved by the connecting shaft of the electric device driving the valve stem nut, so that the valve stem moves axially, driving the valve disc to rise and fall. When the power supply fails and is interrupted, and the valve needs to be opened and closed urgently, the "manual-electric switching handle" should be switched to the position engraved with the manual mark first, and then the flash door can be opened and closed by rotating the handwheel. When the valve is rotated clockwise, it will be closed; otherwise, it will be opened. When the electric operation needs to be restored, the "switching handle" must be switched to the position with the electric mark before the electric operation can be carried out.
