Working Principle Of Fluorine-lined Three-way Ball Valve
Lined Ball Valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve seat, valve ball, valve stem, packing, sealing ring and other parts. The full-bore structure design is adopted in the valve body to effectively reduce the resistance of fluid flow. The inner surface of the ball and the ball seat ring is lined with corrosion-resistant perfluoropolymer material to ensure excellent corrosion resistance even in harsh chemical environments.
The working principle of the fluorine-lined three-way ball valve is to rely on rotating the valve ball to make the valve unblocked or blocked. When the valve stem rotates 90°, the orifice in the ball will be aligned or perpendicular to the inlet and outlet of the valve body, thereby realizing the opening or closing of the passage. In the fully open state, the ball hole is aligned with the inlet and outlet, and the medium can flow freely. When fully closed, it is vertical and the medium cannot pass. This structural design makes the ball valve switch operation labor-saving and reliable.
At present, the fluorine-lined three-way ball valve is widely used in many fields. Its characteristic is that it can switch between the fully open and fully closed states, so it is more suitable for the cut-off control of the fluid conveying pipeline or maintaining the normally open/closed state.
