Working principle and structural type
1. Opening of Lined Ball Valve
In the closed state, when the actuator drives the valve stem to move upward, the angular plane at the bottom of the valve stem causes the ball sealing surface to tilt away from the valve seat, and the valve stem continues to rise and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem, so that the ball begins to rotate 90° without friction until the valve stem is lifted to the limit position, and the ball through hole is aligned with the valve channel.
2. Closing of the track electric ball valve
When closed, when the actuator drives the valve stem to move downward, the valve stem moves downward, and the ball begins to rotate. The valve stem continues to move downward, and the valve stem is affected by the guide pin embedded in the spiral groove, so that the valve stem and the ball rotate 90° at the same time. When it is about to close, the ball has rotated 90° without contact with the valve seat. The valve stem continues to move downward, the ball swings, and is pressed against the valve seat by mechanical wedge pressure, so that the valve seat sealing surface is elastically deformed and closely matches the ball sealing surface, thereby ensuring safe and reliable zero leakage.

4. Types of electric track ball valve
Electric track ball valves are mainly divided into ZSLQO type pneumatic piston track ball valve and ZDSQO type electric track ball valve

3. Single valve seat design: The static single valve seat setting of the valve ensures two-way zero leakage of the fluid medium and avoids the problem of increased pressure in the inner cavity of the double valve seat valve.
4. Anti-wear ball hard sealing surface: The valve core ball is welded with a layer of hard polished sealing surface, which can meet the sealing requirements in very harsh occasions.
5. Self-cleaning: When the valve core ball tilts away from the valve seat, the fluid flows along the sealing surface 360° to flush out impurities.
6. Optimal flow characteristics: Full-pass standard diameter, no pressure loss, enhances system efficiency, and minimizes corrosion.
7. Long life: Due to the opening and closing without wear and low torque, the failure efficiency is low and the life is long.
Due to the above characteristics, the electric track ball valve is suitable for the venting and drainage of oil and natural gas; emergency shutdown and bypass on fluid pipelines; isolation of flow meters or pump inlets and outlets; normal operation in many occasions such as zero leakage or frequent operation.
