5. For some media that are unstable and easy to decompose (for example, the decomposition of some media will cause volume expansion and cause abnormal pressure increase in working conditions), which may cause valve damage or leakage, measures should be taken to eliminate or limit the factors that cause the decomposition of unstable media. . 9. During the use of the fluorine-lined valve, the fluoroplastic sealing surface is often damaged due to medium crystallization and solid particles due to its soft texture, resulting in sealing leakage. After discovery, repair or replace the seal in time.
10. Some fluorine-lined valves are partially opened to adjust the flow during use. The high-speed medium causes premature damage to the sealing surface. In this case, the seals should be replaced in time.
11. Gaskets are generally not added to the flanges of fluorine-lined valves. In case of leakage at the middle flange, tighten the nuts of the middle flange evenly to eliminate leakage. If the sealing surface of the middle flange is damaged, it is necessary to repair the sealing surface and add the middle flange gasket to solve it.
12. If the handle or handwheel is inflexible or unable to open and close the fluorine-lined valve, loosen the gland nut appropriately. Still inflexible to turn. It may be that the gland is skewed, and the gland should be adjusted. After adjusting and loosening the gland, the fluorine-lined valve cannot be opened and closed flexibly. It should be disassembled and inspected to remove dirt and troubleshoot.
