Lined Ball Valve is a commonly used drive valve, and this type of drive device is usually called a fluorine-lined ball valve electric device. The characteristics of the fluorine-lined ball valve electric device are as follows:

1) Fast opening and closing, which can greatly shorten the time required for opening and closing the fluorine-lined ball valve;

2) It can greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators, especially suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter fluorine-lined ball valves;

3) It is suitable for installation in locations that cannot be manually operated or are difficult to access, easy to achieve remote operation, and the installation height is not restricted;

4) It is conducive to the automation of the entire system;

5) The power supply is easier to obtain than the gas source and liquid source, and the laying and maintenance of wires are much simpler than compressed air and hydraulic pipelines.

Pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves are valves driven by compressed air and should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

General requirements for pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves:

1. The specifications and categories of pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves should meet the requirements of the pipeline design documents.

2. The model of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve should indicate the requirements of the national standard number. If it is an enterprise standard, the relevant instructions for the model should be indicated.

3. Working pressure of pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve, requirement ≥ Without affecting the price, the working pressure of the valve should be greater than the actual working pressure of the pipeline; when the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve is closed, any side should be able to withstand 1.1 times the working pressure of the valve without leakage; when the valve is open, the valve body should be able to withstand twice the working pressure of the valve.

4. The manufacturing standard of pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve should state the national standard number. If it is an enterprise standard, the purchase contract should be accompanied by enterprise documents.

Operating mechanism of pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve:

1) The opening and closing direction of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve should be closed clockwise.

2) Since the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve in the pipeline network is often opened and closed manually, the number of opening and closing revolutions should not be too much, that is, the large-diameter fluorine-lined ball valve should also be within 200-600 revolutions.

3) In order to facilitate the opening and closing operation of one person, the maximum opening and closing torque should be 240N-m under the pipeline working pressure condition.

4) The opening and closing operation end of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve should be square tenon, standardized in size, facing the ground, so that people can operate directly from the ground. Valves with wheel discs are not suitable for underground pipe networks.

5) Pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve opening and closing degree display panel:

① The scale line of the opening and closing degree of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve should be cast on the gearbox cover or the display panel shell after the direction is changed, facing the ground, and the scale line should be brushed with fluorescent powder for eye-catching display;

② The material of the indicator needle can be stainless steel plate under good management, otherwise it is painted steel plate, do not use aluminum sheet;

③ The indicator needle is eye-catching and firmly fixed. Once the switch is adjusted accurately, it should be locked with rivets.

6) If the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve is buried deep, and the distance between the operating mechanism and the display panel and the ground is ≥1.5m, an extension rod facility should be set and fixed firmly so that people can observe and operate from the ground. In other words, valves in the pipe network should not be lowered into the well.
