What Are The Tests For The Service Life Of Fluorine-lined Ball Valves?
Lined Ball Valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve body to open and close the valve. The special molding process is used to make the sealing surface dense and good, and the V-type PTFE packing combination makes the valve achieve zero leakage; the ball and the valve stem are cast as one, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring safety during use; the full plastic lining process is used to resist strong corrosion of the medium. Features: 1. The ball valve with fluoroplastic lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and is suitable for any highly corrosive chemical medium; 2. The full-pass floating ball valve structure is used to close the leakage within the entire pressure range, which is convenient for the pipeline system to pass the ball to sweep the line and maintain the pipeline. The fluorine-lined ball valve is professionally designed to control the opening and closing of various highly corrosive media. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, dyeing, pesticide, acid and alkali making industries, and is an ideal choice for anti-corrosion valves.
1. Termination of test
When the following situations occur in the fluorine-lined ball valve, the test should be terminated:
① During the sealing test inspection, the sealing performance cannot meet the standard requirements;
② The valve stem packing cannot maintain the seal, and other parts of the valve body leak, etc.;
③ The valve stem, sleeve and other parts of the ball valve are worn, and the normal opening and closing operation or the opening and closing operation torque changes greatly, which does not meet the requirements of this standard.
2. Static pressure life test times
① After the fluorine-lined ball valve reaches the required number of tests, when the performance of the ball valve meets the standard requirements, this number of tests is the number of static pressure life tests.
② If an abnormal situation occurs during the test or the performance does not meet the standard requirements, the number of opening and closing cycles corresponding to the termination of the previous inspection is the number of static pressure life tests.
