Understand The Use Conditions Of Fluorine-lined Ball Valves
Now Lined Ball Valve has gradually become an indispensable valve in life. The reason why fluorine-lined ball valves can be widely used in many industries is mainly because there are many conditions that fluorine-lined ball valves meet. Let's take a look at the conditions that fluorine-lined ball valves need to meet. With the rapid development of modern petrochemical industry, the development of fluorine-lined ball valves has been driven. The rubber-lined and enamel valves that appeared in the early years can no longer meet the ever-changing industrial needs.
People are constantly seeking economical and reasonable methods to deal with these industrial needs, so lined valves of various materials have appeared, among which fluorine-lined ball valves are a wonder among lined valves. In the production and use of nearly 20 years, it has been continuously developed and has become one of the most widely used valve types in the modern petrochemical industry.
Fluorine-lined ball valves use a ball with a circular through hole as a start and close member. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body with the valve stem to realize the opening and closing of the valve. The special molding process is adopted to make the sealing surface dense and good, and the V-type PTFE packing combination makes the valve achieve zero leakage; the ball and the valve stem are cast as one, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, and basically guarantees the safety in use; the full plastic lining process is adopted to resist strong corrosion of the medium.
Since the fluorine-lined ball valve has its own characteristics and requirements, it is necessary to meet the following technical requirements: the minimum wall thickness of the fluorine-lined ball valve shell is in accordance with the provisions of the gb/t12224 standard, and its pressure level is selected according to 1.6mpa and 2.5mpa, but this wall thickness does not include the thickness of the lining layer. The lining layer thickness is recommended to use the scale in Table 2.
It can also be confirmed according to user requirements. The structural length of the flange-connected fluorine-lined ball valve is in accordance with the provisions of gb/t12221, and its structural length can also be confirmed according to user requirements. The flange connection size of the fluorine-lined ball valve is in accordance with the provisions of gb/t9113.1 or the provisions of the industry standard. It can also be confirmed by the user in the order contract. However, the welding connection method shall not be used.
