Lined Valve Specific requirements for pre-assembly treatment:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and there should be no processing burrs on the surface;
2. All parts are degreased;
3. After degreasing, pickling and passivation are carried out, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus;
4. After pickling and passivation, rinse with pure water, and there should be no residual reagents. This step is omitted for carbon steel parts;
5. Wipe each part with non-woven cloth, and there should be no lint on the surface of the parts, or blow dry with clean nitrogen;
6. Use non-woven cloth or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe each part until there is no dirty color.
Technical requirements for valve assembly:
1. The installation workshop must be kept clean, or a temporary clean area must be built, such as using newly purchased colored strips or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering during the installation process.
2. Assembly workers must wear clean cotton work clothes, cotton hats, hair must not be exposed, clean shoes, plastic gloves, and degrease.
3. Assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness.
