After purchasing Lined Valve, many companies failed to correctly identify the opening direction of the valve switch and the valve sign and indicator signal due to the unfamiliarity with the performance of the transmission device of this valve. As a result, the valve cannot be used correctly, which indirectly affects the life of the pipeline and the PTFE-lined valve, resulting in a decline in production efficiency. We know that this type of valve is operated and adjusted by using a handwheel. It seems simple, but there are still a few points to note:

1. PTFE-lined gate valves and PTFE-lined stop valves cannot be used for throttling, which will cause serious damage to the flushing plate and sealing surface, resulting in vibration and leakage.
2. When opening the PTFE-lined valve, it should be opened slowly to avoid water hammer to avoid damaging the medium pipeline.
3. When operating the handle, use your hand to operate it, and avoid using some tools, such as levers or wrenches, to operate it, so as not to damage the valve components.
4. The opening and closing direction of the PTFE-lined valve is a problem that needs to be paid attention to. Under normal circumstances, counterclockwise means opening and clockwise means closing.
5. When closing the fluorine-lined valve, it is best to wait until the temperature drops before closing it to avoid deformation of the lining.
