Lined Valve, also known as fluoroplastic lined corrosion-resistant valve, is a valve developed and designed to meet the needs of some corrosive environments with strong acids and alkalis. There are many types of valves, including PTFE lined butterfly valves and PTFE lined ball valves. At present, such products are widely used in many industries, such as petroleum, chemical industry, food and other special fields.
One of the most commonly used PTFE lined valves is the PTFE lined butterfly valve. This type of butterfly valve is lined with polytetrafluoroethylene in the valve and valve plate of the conventional butterfly valve to isolate the medium and the valve body to achieve the effect of corrosion prevention. The reason why the PTFE lined butterfly valve is used more is mainly because of its many characteristics. The specific introduction is as follows:
1. The PTFE lined butterfly valve body adopts a split combination, which is convenient for assembly and sealing adjustment. When the valve is working, only the perfluoroplastic valve seat and the fluoroplastic lined butterfly plate are in contact with the medium.
2. The inner surface of the PTFE lined butterfly valve body channel is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the CV value is high, the flow capacity is strong, the torque is moderate, and the medium is zero leakage.
3. The PTFE-lined butterfly valve also has the dual functions of switch and flow regulation. It can conveniently open and close the gas line without affecting the flow, ensuring the repeatability of the flow.

4. The PTFE-lined valve opens slowly, reducing the impact of the instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument, which is equivalent to adding a damper, thereby greatly improving the service life of the needle valve.
5. The PTFE-lined butterfly valve is specially used to control corrosive or highly corrosive media. The inner surface of the valve body is covered with a variety of fluoroplastics that can be selected. It is suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines, and has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
6. In order to better meet the needs of modern automatic control, the PTFE-lined butterfly valve can be equipped with electric and pneumatic actuators. The input control signal (4~20mADC or 1~5VDC) and single-phase power supply can control the operation, and can realize intelligent (regulatory) and switch types. It has strong functions, small size, light weight, reliable performance, simple matching, and large flow capacity. It is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, containing particles, and fiber properties.
