Lined Ball Valve is a valve with a fluoroplastic layer lined inside the valve body, suitable for working conditions such as 6.4MPa. It can be divided into fluorine-lined three-way flanged ball valve and fluorine-lined three-way internal threaded ball valve according to the connection method. After we purchase a new fluorine-lined three-way ball valve, we must start to install it. In order to ensure normal operation after installation, in addition to correct installation, the preparation work before installation is also critical. Below, we will briefly introduce some preparations that need to be done before installing the fluorine-lined three-way ball valve.
1. Cleaning
1. Check whether some parts of the ball valve have been polished and whether there are machining burrs on the surface.
2. Degrease all parts of the ball valve.
3. Pickle and passivate the degreased parts, and rinse them with pure water after passivation.
4. Wipe the parts dry with non-woven cloth, or blow dry with clean nitrogen.
5. Wipe the parts with alcohol dipped in precision filter paper.
2. Assembly
Seal and store these treated parts for the next installation.
1. The installation site should be kept clean to avoid dust.
2. The assembly workers should dress properly to ensure that the valve will not be contaminated.
3. The assembly tools should also be degreased and cleaned.
4. After assembly, nitrogen should be used for purging, and then an airtight test should be carried out. After passing the test, the products should be packaged.
