Precautions For Daily Maintenance And Repair Of Rubber-lined Diaphragm Valves In Rubber-lined Valves
Lined Diaphragm Valve in the rubber-lined valve is an important link in controlling the medium cutoff or connection in the pipeline, and plays an important role in the pipeline. The storage, daily use, maintenance and repair of the rubber-lined diaphragm valve have a decisive influence on the state of the valve during use.
For the rubber-lined valves and rubber-lined diaphragm valves in stock, they should be stored in a ventilated and dry indoor environment. The flow hole and the flange water level seal are sealed by the cover to keep the storage environment clean.
During storage, the valve should be in a slightly open state to avoid long-term pressure that makes the diaphragm lose its elasticity. Do not apply grease on the rubber lining layer and the rubber surface to prevent the rubber from swelling and affecting the use of the valve.
When installing the rubber-lined valve and rubber-lined diaphragm valve, the pipeline and the inner cavity of the valve must be cleaned to prevent impurities and dirt in the pipeline from damaging the lining layer and sealing parts of the valve.
In daily use, the valve surface should be cleaned frequently. During the shutdown of the rubber-lined valve and rubber-lined diaphragm valve, the internal parts of the valve should be checked frequently, and the vulnerable parts should be replaced regularly according to the usage.
For rubber-lined valves and rubber-lined diaphragm valves that have been repaired, the valve strength and sealing performance must be tested in accordance with relevant test and pressure test regulations before they are reused. They can only be reused after all test requirements are passed.
