Maintenance methods for Lined Valve:
1. Before and after disassembling the PTFE valve, the PTFE valve must be depressurized;
2. During the disassembly of the PTFE valve, some parts with sealing performance must be specially protected. If conditions permit, special tools can be used for disassembly;
3. When reassembling the PTFE valve, the assembly of each part and bolt must be carried out strictly in sequence, and no error is allowed;
4. When cleaning the parts of the PTFE valve, pay attention to the compatibility of the cleaning agent with the material of the parts. Generally, pure water and gasoline can be used;
5. Non-metallic parts should be quickly removed from the cleaning agent after cleaning, and should not be soaked in water or gasoline for a long time;
6. If the PTFE valve is to be replaced with a new part, it is recommended that the new part be cleaned once using the above method before assembly.
