Maintenance And Care Of Fluorine-lined Gate Valves
Lined Gate Valve is one of the more commonly used valves for cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipeline. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, the flow resistance is small, and the opening and closing is labor-saving.
The nominal diameter of the fluorine-lined gate valve is generally DN50 to DN600. The operating temperature varies according to the lining material, generally from -200 to 180, with a wide range of applications and stable performance. During the use process, we need to maintain the fluorine-lined gate valve.
Maintenance of fluorine-lined gate valve:
1. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the valve side flange must be sealed and blocked.
2. Valves that have been stored for a long time should be checked regularly, dirt should be removed, and anti-rust oil should be applied to the processed surface.
3. After installation, the main inspection items should be checked regularly.
a. Wear of the sealing surface.
b. Wear of the trapezoidal thread of the valve stem and the valve stem nut.
c. Whether the packing is invalid, if damaged, it should be replaced in time.
d. Check whether there is any dirt accumulation between the inner wall of the valve body and the valve cover and between the gate and the guide surface of the valve body.
4. After the fluorine-lined gate valve is overhauled and assembled, a sealing performance test should be carried out, and the situation should be recorded in detail after each overhaul for assessment.
