Introduction To The Structure And Characteristics Of Bellows Lined Fluorine Gate Valve
Many people must know that the traditional Lined Gate Valve flow is difficult to control, mainly because it is impossible to know the rising height of the gate, and the traditional gate valve has only one packing seal between the valve stem or gate and the valve body, and only one position seal, which has a large leakage risk. So in order to solve this problem, the fluorine-lined gate valve manufacturer has developed a bellows-lined fluorine gate valve with good sealing performance and can know the size of the gate opening by feeling.
The bellows-lined fluorine gate valve includes a valve body, a gate, a valve cover, a valve stem, and an actuator. The gate includes a connecting part and a sealing part. The upper end of the connecting part is linked with the valve stem. A bellows is connected to the outer sleeve of the connecting part. The upper end of the bellows is fixed between the valve cover and the valve body, and the lower end of the bellows is fixed on the gate. The cross-section of the connecting part is circular or elliptical. The gate is coated with a fluorine lining layer. The fluorine lining layer is made of fusible polytetrafluoroethylene or fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer or modified polyolefin. The inner wall of the valve body is coated with an inner lining layer, and the inner wall of the valve cover is coated with an inner lining layer. The inner lining is made of fusible polytetrafluoroethylene or fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer or modified polyolefin.
The bellows of the bellows-lined fluorine gate valve is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The gap between the gate connection and the valve cover is filled with polytetrafluoroethylene filler, and a packing gland for pressing the seasoning is provided on the valve cover. The gate and the valve stem are fixedly connected by a cylindrical pin. A gasket is provided between the valve cover and the valve body to press the end of the bellows between the valve cover and the valve body.
The inner cavity and gate of the bellows-lined fluorine gate valve are coated with PFA/FEP or GXPO, and the upper end is sealed with PTFE filler, so that the parts in contact with the medium in the entire flow channel have the same corrosion resistance, and can be used in chemical, petroleum and other strong acid, strong alkali and strong corrosive media. It has the following main features:
1. A PTFE bellows is installed on the gate to enhance the sealing performance of the valve cavity. The bellows' expansion and contraction performance allows the gate to slide up and down to adjust the flow rate within a certain range;
2. A bearing assembly is installed on the valve cover bracket to reduce the torque when the valve is opened and closed, and the opening and closing speed is faster;
3. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, there is no disturbance, no pressure reduction, and the pressure difference before and after the valve does not change much;
4. The structure is relatively simple, and the cost of replacing parts or maintenance is lower.
