Lined Ball Valve is one of the most common types of stainless steel valves. Stainless steel ball valves are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, liquefied gas, water supply and drainage, food, pharmaceutical, power generation, urban construction and other fields.
When installing stainless steel ball valves, the installation requirements in the product manual must be strictly followed. The following are the relevant details that should be paid attention to when installing stainless steel ball valves:
1. When installing stainless steel ball valves, it is necessary to confirm whether the pressure and caliber of the product meet the use of industrial and mining.
2. Before installing the stainless steel ball valve, the valve must be flushed in a fully open state; and the residual impurities in the pipeline must be cleaned.
3. Stainless steel ball valves should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
4. After the stainless steel ball valve is connected to the pipeline, the flange connection bolts must be cross-locked with the specified torque.
5. Stainless steel ball valves with actuators should also refer to their corresponding instructions for operation.
During the use of stainless steel ball valves, maintenance work must be done well, and the surface of the valve body must be wiped regularly to keep the valve clean. In daily maintenance, parts are not allowed to be removed. If a stainless steel ball valve fails or leaks during use, the machine should be stopped immediately. It is strictly forbidden to operate with the fault and the valve should be repaired or replaced in time.
