Fluorine-lined Valve Classification, Purpose And Use Introduction
Lined Valve is specially used to control corrosive or volatile media. The inner surface of the oil circuit board is covered with various optional polyphenylene sulfide, which is suitable for different working temperatures and hot-rolled seamless pipelines. It has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance. Fluorine-lined valves are expensive and work in harsh environments. They are either toxic and harmful compounds or various strong acids, alkalis or organic solutions with strong corrosion. Improper operation will also cause significant economic losses and serious harm. Correct use and maintenance of gate valves can extend the service life of fluorine-lined valves, avoid the occurrence of various incidents, and ensure the normal operation of pipelines. Therefore, the following points should be noted when using:
1. When using, read the product manual carefully.
2. Use within the pressure, temperature, and application medium range specified on the factory nameplate and in the manual.
3. Avoid excessive pipeline stress caused by temperature changes in fluorine-lined valves during use, minimize temperature changes, and increase U-shaped compensators before and after the gate valve.
4. It is forbidden to use financial leverage to open and close the fluorine-lined valve. Pay special attention to the opening and closing position and direction limit device of the fluorine-lined valve. After opening and closing in time, do not force the speed change to close to prevent the polyphenylene sulfide sealing surface from being damaged too early.
5. For some unstable and easily soluble media (such as the decomposition of some media will also cause water absorption and expansion, resulting in an abnormal increase in working pressure), it will also cause the gate valve to be damaged or leaked. Effective measures should be taken to eliminate or limit the factors that cause the unstable medium to dissolve.
6. For fluorine-lined valves in pipelines with toxic, flammable, explosive, and volatile media, it is forbidden to replace the packing under pressure relief. Although the appearance design of the fluorine-lined valve has a near-sealing effect, it is not recommended to replace the packing under pressure relief.
7. For pipelines with self-ignitable media, effective measures should be taken to ensure that the ambient temperature and working temperature do not exceed the self-ignition point of the medium to avoid the danger caused by sunlight or fire in the outside world. 8. For the strong and frequent vibration of the pipeline, effective measures should be taken to eliminate it to prevent the damage of the polyphenylene sulfide lined gate valve.
9. During the use of the fluorine-lined valve, the polyphenylene sulfide sealing surface is too soft, and the sealing surface will always be damaged by medium crystals and solid particles, resulting in sealing leakage. After discovery, it is immediately replaced with a new hydraulic seal.
10. Some fluorine-lined valves use the middle opening as a regulating valve. The fast medium causes the sealing surface to be damaged too early. In this case, the hydraulic seal should be replaced regularly.
11. The middle flange of the fluorine-lined valve is generally not equipped with a gasket. If there is a leak in the middle flange, the middle flange nut can be tightened evenly to eliminate the leak. If the middle flange sealing surface is damaged, the sealing surface should be repaired and the middle flange gasket should be added to solve it.
12. If the rocker or spindle is not sensitive to rotation or the fluorine-lined valve cannot be opened and closed, the cap nut should be loosened appropriately. The rotation is still not sensitive. It is possible that the screw cap is tilted, and the screw cap needs to be adjusted. If the fluorine-lined valve cannot be opened and closed flexibly by adjusting the chord and loosening the screw cap, it should be disassembled for inspection, waste removal, and fault detection. When disassembling and assembling such fluorine-lined valves, it is necessary to pay attention to what medium is in the fluorine-lined valve pipeline, whether it is used or newly installed. If the medium used is toxic, flammable, inflammable and explosive chemicals, the workers need to wear dust masks and rubber gloves, wear protective clothing and work in accordance with the operating procedures. Ensure that there are no accidents during disassembly and assembly to avoid accidents.
