Fluorine Lined Valve

Lined Valve is a fluorine-lined plastic valve, also called a fluorine-lined plastic valve.

Fluorine-lined valves are suitable for highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, organic and inorganic solvents. In the medium used by fluorine-lined valves, solid particles should be avoided as much as possible to avoid wear of the lining fluoroplastics and shorten the service life of the valve.

The operating temperature of fluorine-lined valves is determined by the selection of different valve body materials and lining materials. Therefore, when selecting fluorine-lined valves, it is necessary to determine the valve body material and lining material of the fluorine-lined valve according to the actual working conditions of the industry and mining.

Due to the limitation of the strength of the lining fluoroplastics, the nominal pressure range of fluorine-lined valves is generally limited to PN0.25-1.6MPa.
