1. When installing, you should first pay attention to whether the fluorine-lined three-way valve marking is correct, such as whether the valve type, nominal diameter, pressure level, material, etc. are correct, and whether the flow direction mark on the shell is consistent with the pipeline.
2. For fluorine-lined three-way ball valves, horizontal installation is important, so horizontal installation should be selected during installation to avoid excessive installation stress on the valve, thereby affecting the use effect of the valve.
3. During installation, if the pipe connection surface is made of metal, then a fluorine plastic sealing sheet needs to be added.
4. If the pipeline is difficult to install, then the valve can be installed without support. Otherwise, it is recommended to install a special support point for the valve to increase stability.
5. After installing the fluorine-lined three-way ball valve, the valve must be fully open when testing the pressure of the system or pipeline.
