II. Main structure and working principle
This valve is a weir structure, and the valve body is lined with fluoroplastics. It has a simple structure, good sealing performance, and is safe and reliable to use.
Its action and sealing principle:
Turn the handwheel, the handwheel drives the valve stem nut, clockwise rotation is closed, counterclockwise rotation is open. The valve stem nut drives the valve stem, which is connected with the steel valve disc, rubber gasket and fluoroplastic diaphragm, and separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover to achieve the purpose of cutting off and connecting the medium. The diaphragm in contact with the medium is made of fluoroplastic, and the inner lining is made of flexible and elastic rubber, which not only improves the sealing performance, but also prolongs the service life of the fluoroplastic diaphragm.
