Brief talk about the material of PTFE-lined valves

1. The casting is precision cast by metal molds. It is not easy to deform during the casting process. The structure is dense, the surface is smooth and beautiful. The metal surface before the lining is machined or sandblasted, and degreased (degreased).

2. The inner cavity and flange sealing surface of the metal parts that need to be lined are designed with machined dovetail grooves. The metal sphere or valve disc and other parts are drilled with an appropriate amount of through holes. After the lining is formed, the strength and adhesion of the lining are increased, and the lining will not peel off or delaminate from the metal substrate.

3. The electronic digital display temperature control box is used to control the preheating temperature, heating rate and insulation time of the product lining material according to the process parameter requirements.

4. The hydraulic molding equipment can set and adjust the time change cycle of the initial molding pressure - the pressure required for the final molding.

5. The environmentally friendly, flow-adjustable circulating cooling system can control the cooling speed during the molding process, ensuring the effective exhaust, molding and shrinkage compensation of the lining material during the molding process.

6. The surface of the lining layer is smooth, flat, and uniform in color. No defects such as bubbles, cracks, and delamination are allowed.

7. Before assembly, each fluorine-lined component is 100% strictly tested for high-voltage electric spark leakage, and the thickness is measured by a magnetic thickness gauge according to the proportion specified in the inspection regulations.

8. The final product test, the inspection ratio is 100%, and the shell strength, high-pressure water seal, high-pressure upper seal and low-pressure gas seal tests are carried out according to the JB/T 9092 standard.
