Lined Ball Valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body with the valve stem to open and close the valve. A special molding process is used to make the sealing surface seal well, and the V-type PTFE packing combination makes the valve leak-free; the ball and the valve stem are cast to eliminate the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure component due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring safety in use; the full plastic lining process is used to resist strong corrosion from the medium.

The fluorine electric ball valve uses fluorine plastic as the lining, combined with a new stem ball structure and a unique elastic lip seal seat structure. It has the advantages of ordinary ball valves, high sealing performance and low operating torque within a large pressure difference and large temperature difference range. It can be used for switching or regulation. This product is suitable for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, and can work well in various highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts. The flow provided by the full-diameter valve can be used to clean or isolate the delivery pipeline.

Fluorine-lined electric ball valve is a professional design for controlling the opening and closing of various highly corrosive media. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, dyeing, pesticide, acid and alkali industries, and is an ideal choice for anti-corrosion valves.

Main lining material of fluorine-lined electric ball valve - fluoroplastic:

FEP (F46)

Applicable media:

Any organic solvent or reagent, dilute or concentrated inorganic acid, alkali, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc.

Using temperature of fluorine-lined electric ball valve:

-85~150

Features: Mechanical, electrical properties and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but the outstanding advantages are high dynamic toughness, good weather resistance and radiation resistance.

Polytrifluoroethylene PCTEF (F3)

Applicable to media editing

Various organic solvents, inorganic corrosive liquids (oxidizing acids)

Using temperature: -195~1200

Features: heat resistance, electrical properties and chemical stability are second only to F4, mechanical strength, creep properties and hardness are better than F4

Polypropylene: RPP

Applicable media: inorganic salt aqueous solution, inorganic acid, alkali dilute or concentrated solution.

Using temperature: -14~800

Features: One of the lightest plastics, its yield, tensile and compressive strength, hardness is better than low-pressure polyethylene, with outstanding rigidity, good heat resistance, easy molding, excellent and cheap. Modified dynamic impact, fluidity and bending elasticity.

Polyvinyl chloride: Rigid polyvinyl chloride PVC

Applicable media: water resistance, concentrated alkali, non-oxidizing acid, chain hydrocarbon, oil, ozone, etc.

Use temperature: 0-55

Features of fluorine-lined ball valve: high mechanical strength, good chemical stability and dielectric properties, good oil resistance and aging resistance, easy to weld

and bond, low price.

PTFE (F4)

Medium: strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, etc.

Use temperature: -200~1800

Features: excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, high cold resistance, low friction coefficient. It is an excellent self-lubricating material, but with low mechanical properties, poor fluidity and large thermal expansion.

Polyvinylidene chloride PVDF (F2)

Use of medium: resistant to most chemicals and solvents,

Use temperature: -70~100

Features: tensile strength and compression strength are better than F4, resistant to bending, weathering and radiation. Light and aging resistance, the biggest feature is good toughness and easy molding.

Polyolefin: PO

Applicable media: various concentrations of acids, alkalis and salts and some organic solvents.

Operating temperature: -58~80

Features: It is the ideal anti-corrosion material in the world and has been widely used in rotational molding of large equipment and pipe linings
