Features Of Wafer-type Fluorine-lined Butterfly Valve
Lined Butterfly Valve is suitable for highly corrosive chemical media and toxic media. The special sealing structure design can ensure long-term and safe sealing performance under harsh working conditions. The valve body adopts a two-stage design, which is convenient for future maintenance and replacement of seals.
The wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve adopts an integrated molded valve plate and valve stem design. The main sealing positions of the valve plate and valve stem are simultaneously covered with polytetrafluoroethylene with a thickness of more than 4mm to ensure that the medium will not corrode the inside of the valve body. The polytetrafluoroethylene valve seat with a thickness of more than 3mm isolates the valve body from the medium. The EPDM elastic gasket design on the back of the valve seat ensures the elasticity of the polytetrafluoroethylene valve seat and the sealing performance when the valve is closed. The GEFA multi-functional control platform can interchange platforms of different sizes and can be directly installed with the actuator to avoid the use of bracket transfer, making the valve switch more secure.
The wafer-type fluorine-lined butterfly valve is suitable for the operating indicators of brine refining membrane filters and meets the following technical parameters: the medium is NaCI with a mass fraction of 30%, the medium temperature range is 45~60℃, the pressure range of instrument air is 0.4~0.7MPa, and the allowable operating pressure range of the butterfly valve is 0~1.0MPa.
