Economic Report On Valve Exports
China's Lined Valve exports are mainly to the EU and North America. In the preliminary survey in 2011, the exports of the two regions accounted for 46.19% of the total exports, and the two regions almost accounted for half of China's valve exports. From the perspective of the region of my country's exports, export dealers are generally some economically developed coastal port cities, such as Ningbo, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Dalian.
From the distribution of domestic valve dealers, most of the sellers exporting abroad are in East China, and the sales capacity of rubber-lined valve manufacturing and fluorine-lined valve manufacturing in North China is far greater than that in other places. Ports are a convenient way to export valves, accounting for 86.37% of the export routes.
From the perspective of the total amount of valve exports in China, in the past year, the export amount of valves in my country has not had much room for floating, and has been in a state of slight increase. There are two reasons for this phenomenon. One is that in February 2011, affected by the Spring Festival, the intensity of exports was relaxed, resulting in a period of low export volume. The second is the global financial crisis, which has affected the explosion of US and European debts. Europe, the United States and North America are the main production bases for my country's valve exports. The economic downturn has also led to a decline in the progress of China's valve exports.
In terms of labor and raw material costs, Malaysia has seen the largest decrease in demand for Chinese products in recent years, down 37.46%. my country generally exports general valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, stop valves, ball valves, etc. When positioning the international market, my country's valves focus on general valves with low technical content. Although the low cost caused by its value content has advantages, increasing market competitiveness is currently the top priority for enterprise valves.
