Characteristics And Working Principle Of Fluorine-lined Flange Ball Valve

The opening and closing parts (balls) of the fluorine-lined flange ball valve are driven by the valve stem and rotate around the ball valve axis. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control. 4. The structure is compact and reasonable, the inner cavity of the valve body is small, which reduces the medium retention. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface density good, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination makes the valve reach zero leakage.

5. The two-piece and three-piece structures can adapt to various pipeline systems and working conditions with different requirements. Among them, the three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the valve bodies on both sides, which can realize online rapid replacement and maintenance.

Working principle
