Application of Lined Gate Valve
1. The knife-shaped slurry gate valve is made into two types of concealed stem and open stem according to different calibers (dark stem DN50~900mm, open stem DN50—900mm). The full-circular direct current channel design does not store slag or block. The bottom of the knife plate is processed into a blade shape, which has the function of cutting off soft materials such as fiber, pulp, and wood pulp, and has good opening and closing effects. A hard polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is installed on the upper end of the knife plate to prevent abrasive substances such as dust and gravel from entering the stuffing box, which can significantly improve the life of the knife plate. The valve plate is made of stainless steel and finely ground and polished to obtain the best sealing effect. It has a compact design, small space occupation, light weight, low price, easy installation, perfect wear-resistant and anti-blocking measures, easy maintenance, easy to use and long life, and the drive device can be selected at will.
2. The valve body and stuffing culvert are precision cast, and the valve body is flange-cast as a whole. The material can be selected according to user needs, such as 304, 316, 316L, WCB, 2Crl3. The sealing ring is made of PTFE-reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and non-sticky.
3. The valve plate has 5 support points, which makes the valve plate have good self-centering. When the valve is in the closed state and subjected to back pressure, the valve plate does not deviate.
4. The knife-shaped slurry gate valve can be equipped with handwheel, manual zipper, spur gear drive, bevel gear drive, pneumatic and electric.
5. The interior of the knife-shaped slurry gate valve can be made into V-shaped, triangular, and pentagonal channels. The V-shaped gate can be used for adjustment control.
6. The connection forms of the knife-shaped slurry gate valve are clamp-type and flange-lug type, and the seals are metal-to-metal hard seal, metal-to-polyurethane, and reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene soft seal.
7. Applicable media: gold ore powder, tailings, pulp, wood pulp, fiber, dust, chemical treatment sewage, sedimentation tank, ore, slag, coal slime, asphalt, silo outlet, fruit, grain, cement slurry, slaughterhouse wastewater, etc.
