4. When using financial leverage to open and close the fluorine-lined gate valve, pay special attention to the opening mark position and direction limit device of the fluorine-lined gate valve. After opening and closing in time, please do not force a quick closure to avoid premature damage to the polyphenylene sulfide sealing surface.

5. For some substances that are unstable and easily soluble (for example, the decomposition of some substances will also cause water absorption and expansion, resulting in abnormally high working pressure under overall working conditions), it will also cause gate valve damage and leakage. Effective measures should be taken to remove or limit factors that affect the dissolution of unstable substances. 6. For fluorine-lined gate valves in pipelines of harmful, flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive materials, it is prohibited to replace the filler under the premise of pressure relief. Although the design of the fluorine-lined gate valve has a near-sealing effect, it is not strongly recommended to disassemble and replace the filler before pressure relief.

7. For pipelines of self-igniting materials, effective measures should be taken to ensure that the operating temperature and the working temperature of the working profile do not exceed the self-ignition point of the material to avoid the risk of sunlight or external fire.

8. When the pipeline vibrates significantly and frequently, effective measures should be taken to remove it to prevent the polyphenylene sulfide lined gate valve from being damaged.
