Reasons for "over-tightening" operation of fluorine-lined gate valve switch:
In the high-pressure pipeline, the gate of the fluorine-lined gate valve in the closed state is subjected to unbalanced pressure on both sides. Under the action of the pressure difference, the gate will be tightly pressed against the sealing surface on one side of the valve seat, causing the friction between the gate and the sealing surface to increase, so that the resistance is relatively large when opening the valve, and as the water supply pipeline grows, the height difference increases, and the pressure difference increases, the pressure difference force will be stronger, and the friction resistance between the gate and the valve seat sealing surface will be greater, which makes it difficult to open the manual valve;
During the closing process of the fluorine-lined gate valve in the open state, the flowing medium in the pipeline will convert kinetic energy into static pressure to act on the valve gate, pressing the gradually closing valve gate against the sealing surface on the other side. As the blocking surface of the valve gate increases, the force acting on the gate becomes stronger, which makes the friction between the gate and the sealing surface greater, causing the valve to be difficult to operate when closed.

Solution to "over-rigidity" of fluorine-lined gate valve switch operation:
The solution is mainly to redesign the valve bracket, change the original sliding friction position to rolling friction, and redesign and process the original screw nut. The nut is between the upper and lower pressure bearings, and the handwheel is on the upper pressure bearing. In this way, the nut and handwheel do not contact and rub with the upper and lower and inner surfaces of the bracket, so that the force acts on the upper and lower bearings during the switch process of the valve. That is, the original sliding friction is converted into rolling friction, so that all the main friction pairs are converted into rolling friction, which can make the manual valve easy and labor-saving in the switch operation.
