Fluorine-lined ball valve drive mode:
Manual, worm-gear, pneumatic, electric
The inner cavity and ball of the fluorine-lined ball valve are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) by high-pressure injection molding, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine and other industrial sectors to achieve the regulation or cut-off of strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali in the production process, and has obvious effect in water treatment process control.
Features of fluorine-lined ball valve
Overview of fluorine-lined ball valve Ball valve and plug valve belong to the same type of valve, the difference is that the ball valve uses a round ball as the opening and closing part, and the ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve body to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the valve. Flange-connected ball valve (two-piece, three-piece design and manufacturing in accordance with Chinese national standards Nominal pressure PN1.0~2.5 (Mpa) Nominal diameter DN15~250 (mm) Flange-connected manual ball valve, straight-through two-piece manual ball valve, manual ball valve Design specifications: follow B 12237, AP 1608, AP16D standards.
What is the difference between the lower and higher pressure tests of fluorine-lined ball valves?
1) Lower working pressure test
Perform the action test according to the provisions of 2), and gradually reduce the test pressure until the lower working pressure. The steam trap should be able to open and close correctly during the entire test.
2) Higher working pressure test
Perform the action test according to the provisions of 2), and gradually increase the test pressure until the higher working pressure. The steam trap should be able to open and close correctly during the entire test.
3) High working back pressure test
According to the provisions of 2〕, the action test is carried out at a high working pressure, and the pressure at the outlet of the steam trap is gradually increased until the fluorine-lined ball valve cannot be opened and closed correctly. The higher outlet pressure at which the steam trap can still be opened and closed correctly is the high working back pressure.
4) Air exhaust capacity test
Air of no more than 0.3MPa is passed into the fluorine-lined ball valve, and the steam trap should be able to exhaust air. The steam trap is allowed to be closed briefly within 5 minutes, but the closing time is not calculated to be greater than 1 minute according to the action performance of the fluorine-lined ball valve.
