Advantages And Disadvantages Of Pneumatic Gate Valve Mixing Water Cooling Device

The pneumatic gate valve uses a mixed water cooling device with an electric heating actuator to use the temperature sensing element of the electric heating remote temperature control valve to detect the indoor temperature, and controls the valve body opening installed in the high-temperature water inlet channel according to the change of water temperature. The temperature control part does not play a protective role when there is a power outage during the operation of this device. Like the first method, it is suitable for situations where the heating area is small and the heating water temperature is high.
The water inlet channel of the mixed water cooling device of the electric two-way ball valve uses an electric ball valve with a large flow area. When the heating water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the circulating pump will stop working, and the central heating can be directly heated by using its own pressure difference. Using a two-way control ball valve, when there is a sudden power outage during work, the ball valve will remain open at the time, but the high-temperature water will smoothly enter the floor heating pipe, which is not good for the safety of floor heating. It is more suitable for heating for users with larger areas.
The advantages of the mixed water cooling device of the pneumatic gate valve are:
1. The temperature is set by the thermostat, and the setting temperature range is large;
2. The thermostat is convenient for setting the opening and closing time, which is convenient for programmable control and can add various other intelligent control functions;
3. The electric heating drive works reliably, the electric three-way valve is not easy to be blocked, and has good adaptability to water quality.
The disadvantages of the mixed water cooling device of the pneumatic gate valve are:
1. The electric heating driver has a slow response speed, and an action cycle may take several minutes. When the inlet water temperature changes greatly, the mixed water temperature will fluctuate;
2. The electric valve core is reset by the spring force. In order to avoid the valve disc being pressed and unable to open when the pressure difference is high, a discharge port with a diameter of about 3 mm is left in the three-way valve return water mixing channel. When the water supply temperature is low, even if the three-way valve return water channel is completely closed, some low-temperature return water still enters the upper mixed water, which reduces the mixed water temperature. Therefore, when the water supply temperature is low, the water supply temperature cannot be fully utilized, and the low-temperature water supply characteristics are not very good.
3. When the power is off, the electric three-way valve automatically resets, and the pneumatic gate valve closes the heating water inlet, which will affect the heating.
