Lined Ball Valve (working pressure is lower than standard atmospheric pressure), its opening and closing part is a sphere, which is used to rotate 90° around the axis of the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium on the pipeline. Q41F46 series fluorine-lined ball valves are designed for the opening and closing control of various highly corrosive medium pipelines. They are widely used in the petroleum, chemical, dyeing, pesticide, acid and alkali production industries, and are one of the ideal choices for anti-corrosion valve equipment. Q41F46 series fluorine-lined ball valves are lined with fluoroplastics, and the shell is made of investment casting. It has high strength and a smooth appearance. The parts in contact with the liquid are all fluoroplastics, so they can be used for a long time in corrosive pipelines and pipelines of any concentration within the range of -29°C to 180°C. Working Principle The working principle of Q41F46-16C series fluorine-lined ball valve is to open or close the valve by rotating the handle. The handle and the inner side of the valve body are all made of fluoroplastics. It has the advantages of easy opening and closing, small size, reliable sealing, simple structure, easy maintenance and wide range of use. Design features The basic series of ball valves is Q41F46. In addition to the small fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed and simple structure of general ball valves, they also have the following advantages: The ball valve with fluoroplastic lining has extremely high chemical stability and can be applied to any highly corrosive chemical medium; the full-bore, floating ball structure allows the valve to be closed without leakage in the entire pressure range, making it easier to pass the ball and sweep the line and maintain the pipeline system; the ball body of the opening and closing part is cast (forged) with the valve stem, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem impacting the pressure-bearing parts due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensuring the safety of use in the project; the structure is compact and reasonable, the inner cavity space of the valve body is the smallest, and the medium retention is reduced. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface density good, and the combination of herringbone annular PTFE packing makes the valve achieve zero leakage; in order to make the advantages of the fluorine-lined ball valve more prominent, it is applied to the vacuum system, but when the ordinary fluorine-lined ball valve is used in the vacuum system, it will not meet the requirements due to the limitation of the use temperature of the fluorine-lined valve and its own characteristics. In a vacuum system, the lining of a fluorine-lined valve will shift and deform under the combined effects of atmospheric pressure and high temperature. In some cases, it will be completely sucked out, causing the valve to lose its proper function.
